ACCOUNTING SECRETARY

Objectives of the Training Participants will be able to;

• Assist a team in the communication of information and the organization of activities
• Process administrative operations related to commercial management and human resources
• Ensure routine accounting work
• Prepare payroll and current social declarations.
Content of the training

Module 1: Secretarial techniques and practices: Reception and communication, Document production, Filing and Archiving, Correspondence, Office automation.
Module 2: Accounting management of the company: principles, current operations, inventory operations, summary documents (balance sheet, income statement, etc.), means of payment, relations with tax and social bodies.
Module 3: Integration and communication techniques: Computer and Internet skills; Job search tools and techniques; Structure and organization of the company; Entrepreneurship.
Module 4: Business creation and Management

Duration of Training: 09 months (07Months of theoretical and practical courses + 02 months of internship in a company + Writing and presentation of the internship report)
Training methodology: The training will have to be largely practical, the teaching method will consist of making presentations in the form of a Seminar, individual research including tutorials and directed towards a relevant individual project, self-training and presentations, discussions and various exchanges.
Cost of Training: 100,000 CFA/participant
with 20,000 FCFA registration fee (Polo + Cap offered)

Entry Requirements: Holders of at least an Ordinary Level or equivalent
